Periodensystem is a nonprofit association with the mission of providing equal rights and low-threshold help and education on period poverty and menstruation by creating a space for education, exchange and social initiatives, giveing the topic the attention it deserves.

In 2020 they were expanding and were searching for ways to become more visible as an established organization. I did an update of their branding at the time, and created a brand guide for them to bring cohesion to their visual identity.

My first step was to do a review of the organization's existing branding as well as an audit of existing organizations and social media accounts that operated in the same space. After exploring typography and color, I refined everything into guidelines that could be used for their social media and prints.
