If we had met five years ago, I would have been hard at work as a costume designer, surrounded by the theater world and busy pumping out show design concepts. But in 2018 I made the switch to the digital world. I was fascinated with the many invisible ways that design can influence the lives of people. I wanted to be a part of that, and theater wasn’t fulfilling that desire. So I taught myself the tools of the trade and took any kind of online class I could find to create a foundation of knowledge to start working from.
Someone once told me that if they had to describe me in two words, the words would be curious and kind. These two words have since turned into my life motto, and I apply them to my work as much as possible.
My background in theater, combined with the skills I have gained through working for clients has turned me into a pragmatic and empathetic designer who is always ready to bring a new perspective into design reviews, client presentations, and workshops.
